Very well done, would like to meet the man.
I suspect same people or group must have been behind closure of a fast fod joint near a park in Jayanagar more than an year ago. I heard the food-chain in question (from the owner, second hand), that he lost several lakhs in the process. I haven't checked if the food joint is back now or not.
