Elections Voter ID Need Help Delhi Others

i got married last year.. now i need voter id card for her.. she does'not have any document as educational certificati, birth certificate, no other documnets.. plz help me in this regards how to apply for voter id card

Please help me.. what the procedure for this for creating a voter id card without documentments only on husband behalf.
