So, is the 30 km ORR west loop aligned route an addition to this?

Missed reading this important bit. So is BARL the authority for monorail development? Just curious on the connection of "airport rail link" with mono annnouncement.
So looks like the West curve of ORR will get monorail, and the east curve that long-pending BRT.
From what I hear, the project report is anyway ready and sitting with Geodesic-Scomi. the two months perhaps are to fine tune the PPP arrangement?
See this for their monorail proposal:

Schomi had built an elaborate route map. But the government at no considered them.
You can be sure that this plan has nothing to do with the Scomi routes.
Personally, I always believed that the Schomi routes were good, but lacked connectivity to Metro severely. I only saw them cut across Metro routes, but didnt see any interchanges!! But then, it is a different point...
