30-35 of us can go. And since there is a lot of interest, we can't afford to have members bring full families along. Each member can bring 1 additional person along. We are sending an email today to: 1) long time authors/contributors here, and 2) those who replied to that first post It is very important that you RSVP with the count (not coming, just you, or yourself + 1) as soon as you get that email. [Note: Please reply to the email once you get it, not here on this event-post]

Is it possible to join you near BIAL

In case more people are interested to join, is it possible to meet you guys in BIAL, this obviously means that these people would take their own transport to BIAL. But importantly, that these people would also be part of the questionannare process and have a first look as praja members. (Difficult to verify identities)

 Does this seem feasible, this goes out to all those poeple who are interested to visit BIAL but who are not included in the list...... :(

... organize this parallel effort. It will make things difficult for BIAL. I think almost everyone who expressed interest in that first call for visitors post will get a chance to go. Some who haven't may still get in as a few folks are yet to RSVP to the invite email. I will soon delete this and the prev few comments to keep this thread for notifications only.
