Next meeting with CISTUP, at IISc. Open only to organizing members/volunteers of Mobilicity. Leaving note on website to share progress with Praja members as we get closer to the d-day.

HAd a long meeting to talk logistics and some deadlines.
Jenny, Deepak, Srivathsa, Shekhar, Neha, Ananth, Rithesh and myself were present. Prof sitharam and Prof Verma from CisTUP's side.
Main takeaways
- Venue changed to Civic Engg Department - open space + 3 mid sized presentation rooms with projecttors etc
- Discussed invitations - CisTUP sends some, we send out some, avoid duplication between us
- 1 Nov - first cut of locked down flow for the event
- 7 Nov - drop dead date - everything - all sessions, speakers etc must be final. will send brochures etc for printing that day
- New addition - 15-30 minute kick-off, invite some well known personality for this. Have some names on mind, lets see if we can someone well known with such little lead time.
