Publish concrete schedule for the event day, with confirmed sessions and time slots.

The schedule will provide content for publicity emails/latters, and printed posters for the event day.

Deadlines:

  • First cut by EOD Wed Nov 4.
  • Final version - Nov 7, ready to go for printing.

First cut of event day schedule has been shared with all organizing members including CiSTUP, will post on the mobilicity web site after waiting a day for feedback etc.

  • 4 group presentations
  • 1 panel debate
  • 10+ slots for unconference (half filled already, waiting for more registrations)
  • 1 exhibition

Final name of sepakers, panelists and moderators will be up soon.
