Not in town (back to non-B'luru area). To contribute, here are some IDD links collected a few weeks ago. Contains good info on railways, CRS outlay etc. Am a little rustic but the last link iirc is the "bible" for railways in k'taka. Will try to re-read and expand.

will make it up for the meeting. We need to list the points for Data collection and planning so that we can have detailed discussion and move to the next stage.
