For MNC employees, it doesn't get any easier to get their names on voter list. Forms can be filled at their office desks, and submit the filled/signed forms to VoteDeIndia booth that is setup right next to their Cafeterias.

Not having an elected council is a costly mistake

By not having an elected council in place, BBMP is not able to get matching grants under JNNURM for development of Bangalore. We have lost precious time and money thanks to malgovernance. Lokmanya Tilak in the early 20th century cried for Swaraj for all Indians. We in 21st century Bangalore cannot even manage our own neighbourhoods!

I thought today will be that day - my voter id card (EPIC) in my hand. After seeing the notices in newspapers, excitedly, I went to the school in the nearby halli, and asked for my card.
