The campaign talks about Bt-Brinjal and why it should not be allowed to enter India. Many of us have experienced difficulty in obtaining correct/uptodate information from Government websites.  This has led to a number of questions:

- Why were such portals launched

- Were the websites designed and developed 'in house' or 'outsourced', if so,  

- at what cost?
