CRS is not in the railway budget of 2011-12

This morning I woke up to a bad or sad news about Bengaluru CRS. Spoke with IDS over the phone and he broke the news that Mamta's budget didn't had anything to say about Bengaluru CRS. That was really heart breaking. That too after so much work put down by Namma Railu team, Bengaluru CRS was nowhere to be heard in entire budget speech.

I live in an apartment community.  We have a few transformers.  One of the things we realized recently is that our transformers really need some maintenance - oil level, dessicant cartridge, gaskets, oil filteration etc.  Then a question was posed - (a) Who owns the transformers - us or BESCOM.  Who is responsible for servicing them?

Bangalore Nelamangala Train

During previous budget, a train was announced between Bangalore and Nelamangala.  Does any one has any idea about this train.  Whether a new link is planned for Nelamangala?

If new link is planned for Nelamangala, then Railways can plan about connecting the same with Bangalore - Mysore line at Kengeri and the same line can be extended upto Anekal via Bannerughatta.
