In what capacity should we approach the Builder for D O D ( Deed of Declaration ) . Can We approach them as a Individual Owners or as an Association ? Is it mandatory for the Builder to Register and issue the D O D ? Can the Builder Buy time or can he Register the D O D even if all the flats are unsold ? |

What is the Legality iinvolved in the Possession Letter which are being issued by the Builders . Can A resident can occupy the Apartments, if Possession Letter is issued by the Builders. Is there any time limit to occupy the Apartment, since issue and receipt of the Possession Letter. Otherway, Is it Legal to occupy the Flats without occupancy Certificate ? |

Off late the entire stretch of Rama Murthy Nagar Main from ITI gate to ORR is becoming so congested and trafic woes are unbearble.Adding the fuel is by parking of the BMTC Buses without any common sense at the Bus stops. From ITI gate to ORR we need to come behind the Bus only. No way, we can able to overtake the BMTC Buses. |

CA Site Usage Clarification and Access Road width regulations in force Appachu.MC - 4-APR-2013
A part of CA Site is allotted for Eductional institution and construction has commensed on the site. The Site is in Triangular Shape. On the Western side, the road is wide and Vidyaranyapura Telephone Exchange is facing that road. But the side facing East is allotted in part to a Govt School and a Private Educational institution, which is bulting a multi story bulding for the purpose. |

I live in a community which has 300+ flats, and we have constant complaints on the sewage treatment plant from the KSPCB.
