Bangalore has been hit by the merge blues. more than 70% of the so called Jams can be associated to merge, various types of merge. We create a merge out of left & right turns when we should wait for traffc to clear, we even create a merge in a roundabout when we should yeilding. We even create a merge at traffic lights when we should be standing in our lanes waiting for our turn.

I met My friend Ace Political Expert ( APE)  at the University Library who had come to return Abdul Kalam’s book ‘2020 – A Vision for the New Millennium ’ .

In his book, Dr. Kalam had predicted India would be a developed country by 2020.

Namma Metro refreshingly different ?

Just happened to see the inner view of MG Road station in the BMRCL newsletter. (I cannot paste a link to it so have to embed it. Image Courtesy: BMRCL).

It looks refreshingly devoid of commercial jazz and has a soothing feeling to it compared to other Metro railways all over the world.
