There is a proposal for runing Mono Rail in Bangalore by SCOMI-Geodesic consortium which is proposed to be awarded using the swiss-challenge method. As per initial high level information sent to Praja the consortium is proposing to build monorail along the three corridors. |

My wife received a challan by post a few days back for "holding/ using a mobile phone while driving" asking to pay up Rs 100/- fine as per Sec 230(A) KMV rules R/W 177 IMV. The incident was supposed to have happened at 9.40 hrs on Monday, 19th Jan, at Rajajinagara Entrance Circle. |

To day while crossing the 100 feet road in Indiranagar I heard an elderly person advising an elderly couple to avoid walking on 100 ft road, referring to the recent accident at 100 ft road. The man remarked that they were well aware of the incident. He seemed not to appreciate the advice. |
